ABORN's phototransistors are fabricated using the latest silicon planar technologies. These chips are silicon nitride protected, having exceptionally stable characteristics and high illumination sensitivity. The phototransistors are packaged in plastic, ceramic, and hermetic packages. In addition, custom package design, and special screening is available.
