Vijay Lumba
Owner and President of Aborn Electronics for over 40 years, Vijay has grown Aborn Electronics into a top tier Contract Manufacturer that provides products globally to several fortune 500 companies. During those years he has designed, developed and is the owner of several patents in the field of Medical Devices. Devices such as Systems for monitoring fetal status. This invention describes a system of monitoring devices to implement such goals
and maximize the potential welfare of the fetus. It furthermore allows the formation of a reference database that can correlate intrapartum events from prior births. Vijay graduated from college in Delhi University bachelors degree in 1968, and a Masters Degree from Santa Clara University in 1973.
Leonard Stephens
Leonard Stephens has been in the field of Quality Assurance for 35 Years. From his days at IBM Leonard was the Market Driven Quality Leader. He left IBM in 1992 and started his own consulting firm Auditpro. Auditpro has provided services to over 50 companies with a 100% success rate. Companies such as Ashland Chemicals, Sanmina Corporation, Rocket EMS, Omega EMS, NBS, Transcomm Technologies, Deanza Mfg, and others. Leonard is a certified
RAB Auditor and has provided auditing services for two Registrars NQA and (currently) Intertek, both of which are highly regarded third party bodies. Leonard has consulted and audited companies globally. He has been a member of the Aborn Electronics Team for 3 years.
Khanh Pham
Mr. Khanh Pham has over 20 years of Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) and Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry experience. Mr. Pham has a proven track record in operations, personnel management and leadership. He brings to Aborn Electronics his strengths and expertise in operations, logistics, and strategic planning, as well as his unique strengths in replacing manual efforts with integration, error-free automated feedback loops, self-correcting data and expert systems.
Scott Wornow
Scott Wornow has more than 30 years’ experience as a Senior Corporate Executive, Law Firm Partner and Chief Legal Officer. Scott served as a Partner in the New York office of Paul Hastings LLP and as a Partner in the Silicon Valley offices for both Goodwin Procter LLP and Baker Botts LLP, where he helped to start the West Coast technology practices for each of those firms. He has also served as a Senior Executive and Chief Legal Officer for three
publicly-traded technology companies (in the wireless, software and semiconductor sectors), as Executive Vice President for Legal and Business Affairs at an interactive television and IP licensing company and as the Chief Restructuring Officer for a technology company. He has advised on more than $25 billion of mergers and acquisitions and $15 billion of financing transactions. Over the course of his career, Scott has represented Fortune 500 companies, technology startups, middle market and emerging growth companies, “bulge bracket” investment banks, venture capital firms, private equity funds and management teams.
Jalil Shaikh
Jalil Shaikh has over 30 years of experience in senior executive management roles at Silicon Valley’s high technology companies. As a CEO and executive, Jalil has been involved in multiple technology company IPOs and M&A. Jalil has a track record of back-to-back successes such as Micro Linear’s IPO, Trident Microsystems’ 10x stock appreciation and Silicon Image’s multibillion-dollar IPO, inventor of the world-famous HDMI technology. Jalil successfully
sold Zeevo, a Bluetooth stereo company to Broadcom. Most recently, as Atmel’s General Manager, Jalil established high performance metal mesh touch sensor technology from the ground up. His customer base included tier 1 companies such as HP, Dell, Asus, NEC, Verizon and others. The business was sold to UniPixel. Jalil has 19 patent applications in progress, seven of which have been granted. Jalil has an MS in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
